Preliminary results of secondary healingfor fingertip amputation with bone exposed

Fingertip amputation is a popular injury with variety of treatment methods from simple to complex, including skin graft, local flaps, regional and microsurgery anastomosis. One method that has been gaining attention recently secondary wound healing. This study aims evaluate the effectiveness second-stage healing care for bony proximal wounds. The authors used descriptive cross-sectional monitor 6 cases fingertip bone exposed by at Hospital Trauma Orthopedics August 2022 December 2022. Results showed all had good results. was covered granulation tissue epithelized after that. In conclusion,secondary safe effective can be applied exposed.
